Maybe it is linked with Timothy having a job interview coming up. It might be nerves or that his mother wants to give Timothy a haircut and war his best suit for the interview.
Timothy decides that he needs to see a psychotherapist to discuss the issues. He has already left several phone messages.
When he arrives he mistakes the female psychotherapist for a patient and starts to ramble.
Later when Timothy goes to a job interview wearing casual clothes, he mistakes the other interviewees for the interview panel.
The funniest thing was Ronnie Corbett basically doing his Two Ronnies sitting in the settee ramble.
The fact that a not so funny gag, Timothy going into the psychotherapist office and mistaking her, is basically repeated with the interview scenario.
