Chandler comes back from a conference and is a total ass. He has always been cold but now he's going to change everyone around. There is a lawsuit going on concerning the artificial heart. A woman who has been in a catatonic state for sixty years is brought in by a man who has always loved her. Helen continues her drug habit and is getting less and less lucid.
