This episode feels like they were trying to marry the 'two guys trying to raise a kid' element that had been the driving force of the show in S1-2 with the more adult elements of S3, and it just about works, without being the show's finest hour.
Some nice moments along the way though, with the Sheen/Cryer chemistry being excellent.
