This episode was filmed during the second season, but it was aired during the third season. It's bad forever.
Not much of note happens. Diego and Victoria spend a night in an abandoned windmill. They talk about love. Diego kind of expresses his feelings for Victoria. She quotes a poem. He quotes the same poem. Later, Zorro quotes the same poem to Victoria. She raises an eyebrow "could it be, Zorro is Diego?" Nothing ever came of it during season 2, when this was filmed, or after it was aired. So the writers just dropped the whole thing.
Some of the acting is bad even by this series' standards. The guy who plays the criminal tanner hams it up a lot.
