An Interesting Adventure and Yet More Interesting Revelation...
------- ------- ------- ------- We are first told about a powerful "Fountain of Life" whose waters nurture an entire city and Skeletor expects its waters to make him all-powerful, so Evil-Lyn and Clawful are sent to get them. At the same time, a wizard with the name of Kothos is after its waters too and we watch a three way fight between the forces of good and two evil forces that fight each other as fiercely as they fight against He-Man, Malech and Teela.
Then we have Teela and Evil-lyn found alone in the middle of the desert struggling to survive without any means of transportation and without Evil-Lyn's powers, courtesy of the spell of Kothos who deprived Evil-Lyn from her magic and sent both Teela and Evil-Lyn far away.
Nevertheless the most interesting part of the episode is Evil-Lyn revealing that she has actually no loyalty for Skeletor, she's after his power, waiting for an opportunity to seize it and conquer Eternia for herself. This is interesting as she appears in most episodes, since the beginning of the series, as completely loyal and devoted to him, being the truth completely the other way around!!!!!!!
An episode with many small interesting events like Teela showing some of her survival skills to Evil-Lyn while they were in the desert and Evil-Lyn being healed by Malech and the other heroes using "just enough" of the waters of the Fountain of Life to heal her after her fierce battle against Kothos... and Evil-Lyn leaving without putting up a fight after that transforming herself into a living ball of fire... ... but not before formally ending the truce of cooperation she and Teela had.
