Yasmin's Getting Married was a reality television program that was aired live on TV back in August 2006 which revolves around a single woman's quest to find a partner and get married.
The contestant is Yasmin Dale who was to find a groom out of several potential candidates and marry him in a wedding broadcast at the end of the series.
Looks appealing right? The answer is a big fat no. Right from Episode 1 I immediately dismissed this show as garbage. I'm ruthless when it comes to bad reality shows. I personally love sinking the boot in. This show can be added to the list of awfully bad reality TV shows.
It seemed that nobody cared about Yasmin getting married, as Network 10 ruthlessly gave the show the axe halfway through the series due to poor ratings.
Upon hearing the news that the show was cancelled, it was met with indifference from everyone. Too bad for them.
I wonder if Yasmin Dale eventually did get married away from the cameras. I do hope her personal life hasn't suffered given that she was featured in this atrocity of a TV show.
That's another short lived reality TV series consigned to the scrapheap.
