This episode also had the 2 1/2 Annual Bellyflop Contest of which I was a participant. One of the shows associate producers was out on the Hollywood Walk of Fame trying to recruit people. I was hesitant at first and my wife was like "you ARE doing this." So I decided "why not." I went 3rd and received scores of 1, 8, and 5 from the judges (Guillermo, Judge Glenda Hatchett and Aquaman). The girl that went before me got a 10 from Guillermo and she had half the splash that I had. But that's the way it goes. Had a great time doing it and would do it again. After the show was over and we were walking down the alley from the theater, John Mellencamp came out one of the doors and my wife and I were about 3 feet away from him and his party. Didn't get an autograph but would have loved to. Fun time in Hollywood that night.
