Growing up on MY THREE SONS was a super trip, and the series ran so long, it was almost like a serial, watching the gang go through their fair share of ups and downs and turnarounds.
This is a neat one. Chip and and his dad spend the night camping in the back yard, in between a thunder and lightning storm and a leaky roof. Don't forget Tramp, the faithful family dog.
Relatable stuff as most of us have gone camping at one time or another and experienced some kind of spooky or goofy sitaution. And then there's lovable Bub (William Frawley) always around too, even in the middle of the night, and with the best one liners. He had all the great lines.
Lots of memories here, especially Fred MacMurray and his trademark pipe. And no matter how many times I see Bub in the kitchen cooking for the kids, he will always be Fred Mertz --without Ethel.
