The YouTube series was better in many ways, I didn't like the fact the movie was based on advertisement , I mean come on you made it to the theaters you don't need that anymore, beside this will keep you local as you used local brands, I'm a huge fan of Masameer characters and writers but this was a disappointment.

First of all, I'm a huge fan of the show on YouTube, I wouldn't put this high expectations and I knew it won't be like what Mr. Malik said on Twitter that it will be something never happened before, I really respect Mr. Malik and his ideas but sorry to say that the story is weak, I can see that you're not looking for those who were disappointed from the film, but truly you have a great team, at least the over ads you dis for the film before the first show was over and I understand that to get more viewers it's okay, second the STC part could be less since it's a global movie not YouTube anymore, while herfy was okay. Again I believe you can do better with your team, you can't only see the good reviews and said I dis great job, you did the great job on YouTube with Msamer & ya3rub. Thank you and hope you don't hate us for this. We still love you.

First of all thank you for ur hard working, I like Msamer but this film not that good, it doesn't deserve 10/10 For a lot of reasons: 1- A lot of local ads. 2- There is no Story. was so disappointed of how the movie ends with random ideas. 3- Not good enough for Children. Contain Shameful words for ex:"son of dog"

The movie was fun to watch. I'm very proud of how far Masameer have come. I like how it has lots of Saudi inside jokes. Although the story might be repetitive, it was well done. The reason I did not give a 10 was how slow the scenes were for an animation! Would recommend watching it with a friend.

It's a good movie for a youtube, or any online platform not in the cinema, and it has a good graphics, but still the story and the way it presented not worth buying a ticket to watch it. And the advertisements it was too clear in way which was irritating the viewers.

The movie is in general is good but the problem is there are really a lot of ads the music is good and of course the animation is amazing. The movie is too tall they could make it shorter and still cover the story. The story is not the best or worst And there are lots of jokes non arabic speakers won't get it

The movie had a nice start, but at the end of the story, it was without ideas, it was like your plan only drop some random things

4 stars for the good voice acting and lovely animation, other than that the movie was bad

They did a great job, good story line and funny overall

We expect something batter the story was not that good some episodes of Msameer it's great than this movie. I wish all the best in the next work.

Sorry to say that but There is no story and no scenario ,

I'm really proud of this movie. I really laughed so hard in this movie. The jokes were really good.

The movie was pretty fun, I liked the jokes, I loved the animation, it was pretty diversified which was a good thing, I got to see some of the older recurring characters, still a lot of them we haven't seen so hopefully there's a sequel in which they can improve upon. I absolutely loved the musical pieces, and how each of them was unique in its own way. The voice acting was superb.

One probable issue would be that a lot of people who aren't native saudis, or as I mentioned before haven't watched the YouTube show before, would not always understand some of the Saudi slang.

Good job overall, I'd the give the movie a 6, or a 6.5 . But I gave it a 7 cause it just made me happy when I watched it.

I was very upset with the movie,, it was full of obvious commercials and had no story line. It was also too long !! I did not walk away from the movie,, thinking something different will happen,, instead I slept in the middle of the movie

Waste of time and money. And i almost fell asleep I thought it will be better then these. There is nothing funny about there jokes.

Masameer the Movie is a hilarious comedy about doing what is right and unmissable.

Based on a very successful Saudi series there, which includes a parody of social issues in the Arab world, such as their religions, customs and even the feminism agenda, it was approached, however, in a shallow and joking way, but the plot itself is quite boring , despite the charisma of the protagonist trio, along with a beautiful example of female strength and determination Dana (in which we also witness misogyny), the rest of the film is long and exhausting...

Too much advertising and too much racism the discussed issues are too old. I was expecting something new and more interesting

Great movie but short I really enjoyed it. A great start for Saudi animation movies

The movie is a joke It's like watching an 1h50m infomercial, the movie is full of ads. The jokes are not meant for kids or adults The plot is so stupid And if you don't speak Arabic DO NOT GO. the English subtitle is a joke I don't know who Translation but a fifth grader can do better job translating it The movie is full of spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, I mean they translated "green ford" to RED FORD

I don't know why most of the comments detracting this very amazing work, I found the exact opposite and the work was a creativity beyond description and extraordinary in the Saudi film industry, the movie touched something inside me and the story describes reality in many ways! Perhaps the story was directed to specific people and I was lucky to receive it .. Thank you Merkot, Malik Najjar, Abdulaziz Al Muzaini and all the staff, good job!

Masameer is one of my all-time favorite sitcoms ever, they were Youtube based, you can think of it as a Saudi version of South Park, very creative, funny that discuss cultural and political issues in a sarcastic flavor. HOWEVER, when South Park managed to make a movie, they didn't stray away from its origins, continued their same direction, it was one long episode of South Park. Masameer did manage to make a 45 minute movie on Youtube that was epic , 10/10. But THIS IS A JOKE. Poor script, lazy writing, wasted jokes, extremely childish, boring songs scattered throughout the movie for no reason at all. I am extremely disappointed and shocked. Until this moment, I am not sure if the main writers and creators of Masameer are actually the same ones who wrote this mess...Masameer the sitcom is fresh, really funny and a smart intriguing show. This is NONE of that.

What great Saudi animation filming path. The movie summarizes the known YouTube show Masameer and drive a well written, very funny, filled with quick witty local jokes, and talented production, Film. Bravo.

What is this ?

No storyline , no scenario,basicly it's a cartoon with Ads and some songs.

where is the Action ? where is the jokes ? where the story ? This's not Masameer that we know , this's a bad representation of the Masameer show. they feel that they have to present all masmeer characters regardless why.
