Probably the dumbest episode ever

Warning: Spoilers
God save Australia if she is protected by such pathetic and incompetent navy personnel. Who in their right mind will willfully surrender the engine room to a bunch of hostage takers? This is the most cowardly portrayal of any security force ever portrayed in a serious tv show. It's the navy for god's sake. Not the peace corps. Navy is supposed to fight enemies. Not surrender to them on the first sign of trouble. The guy should have shot dead the hostage taker in the first exchange itself instead of surrendering his weapon to them. What a joke.

Ludicrous story line

Warning: Spoilers
This is a decent show but sometimes they have ridiculous story lines such as this . There is no way in hell that a navy ship would allow 3 guys (2 armed) take over a ship like that. !st off during the initial confrontation. They would have never have surrendered their arms. Thereby giving the bad guys additional arms. Then even more ridiculous. Knowing how important the engine room is. They would have never allowed the bad guys to take it over so easily. They held all of the cards there. They know the engine room. The bad guys no idea of the layout at all. So it was really ridiculous that the Navy guys didn't have better positioning so they could take down the bad guys or at least drive them back as soon as they entered the engine room. Otherwise if this was an example of the readiness . awareness and fighting ability of the Australian Navy. they would be in deep deep trouble lol

I am Austrailian, and I am appalled.

The level of incompetence, and blatant cowardest of this crew is insulting to all Australians, even those of us abroad. The Australian Navy is highly skilled and this just makes them appear useless to people from other countries. I weep for the proud people that serve.

Wow GPS works under water in a sealed metal engine room

Warning: Spoilers
Shows the data systems world the writers are living in. GPS would not work in a sealed metal room. And I don't believe a captain would give up his engine room

season 2 episode 3 and no change

If this is a true portrayal of the australian navy then they need help big time ... the entire crew of the vessel they operate are incompetent and should be flushed overboard or stranded on unknown island ... this show really stinks and the lead ship captain is a jerk
