A picture drama of the stage, which shows carelessness in the settings and general direction. There is little in the plot that is convincing and the acting seems to be lackadaisical. The purchase of sulfuric acid at a corner drug store is depicted carelessly, as it cannot be obtained without a physician's prescription. The scene wherein it is used by a jealous woman and the manner in which it is used is ridiculous. - The Moving Picture World, October 10, 1914
