I can honestly say in my 24 years on this planet we call home I've never in my life seen a man who bearing in mind is pushing 60 repeatedly smashing his head into a concrete wall while The B-52's Love Shack plays, that was definitely a unique viewing experience.

Love the Show ... Don't Like the Episode

Warning: Spoilers
Unsettling as always, but the things the characters do in this episode are so out of ... character. Like Julian and Leanne sleeping together? Or Roscoe suddenly liking Uncle George? Everything is just not quite right compared to other episodes. Great show though!!

Dorothy know more about Rascal and the investigation by Sean. George and Dorothy are confronted. Julianne and leanne have sex, george saw him. Pretty interexted episode with some nice events with George and we still wonderign how it will end and the mysteries are still there.
Again an Amazing Episode

Gets worse and worse

What happened to this show? lol Even amidst all the mystery and questions, Season 1 had a tight and focused narrative. What started out as a simple tale about the loss, grief, and acceptance of the tragedy of a baby's death has turned into some convoluted nonsense about the supernatural, resurrection, and devil children. I thought the previous episode was bad, but this one may be worse. Why did Uncle George mess around for THREE episodes in the Turner home just doing a bunch of rambling, yelling, slobbering, and praying when he could have easily just broke down the attic door and take Leanne? In this episode, he wastes it using Roscoe as a distraction just so he could build some ridiculous contraption that he ended up not even using. Then when he finally confronts the girl, after a few choice words from her, he just runs away scared. Waste of time. Why did Leanne and Julian have sex? That was completely out of left field. Julian spent almost 2 seasons despising and conspiring against this girl and trying to run her out of the house, including wanting her dead, but now he likes her to the point of having sex with her? Not only was there zero buildup to that scene leading up to this episode, there also nothing within the episode that remotely indicated that there were about to do the deed. What is it with Julian and his random crying fits? Am I supposed to even care about this 1-dimensional character? He basically prances around his sister's home like he owns the place, consumes all their wine and food, and makes veiled threats to characters who could easily beat him up. What happened to Lauren Ambrose's acting ability? She went from having nuance and depth in Season 1 to now in Season 2 where she just overemotes with bug-eyed facial expressions, shouting, and heavy breathing. Is Leanne going to spend every episode the rest of the series telling people how much she hates Dorothy? We got that from the umpteenth time she's said it. The only main character left that I remotely even like is Sean, who has been woefully underused all season and spends every episode now just staring at his cursed hand. And he was the character I felt was the true protagonist and centerpiece of the series back in Season 1. The writers should just end this show after Season 2.

I love season 1, but season 2 sucks. Leanne and her uncle have been doing weird ritual things all season, but every time it has no results and never comes to anything. In general, nothing happens in the season, no development. Dorothy now looks like a comic character rather than a mother going through a huge trauma in an existential crisis. The rest of the characters are not needed at all, that they are, that they are not, no difference.
One of the weaker episodes this season.

There's To many directors this season, stick with one or two for a clearer vision. This episode was full of bad writing and lazy direction.
Definitely one of the weaker episodes this season.
If only M Night would just direct the whole season
Used to love this show, not anymore

This show was great, season 1 excellent, season 2 not so much but still had high hopes. This episode is a disgrace. Everything is off, characters, camera, even silly anecdotes. It's dragging the story like a cheap soap opera.
very weak season 2

The acting here is terrible. The character of Dorothy is a joke. No one behaves like her in reality. It's a total farce. Poor camera angles, what was the director trying to achieve. The show always teases on some mystery but at the end of the day it seems like they haven't really determined what the mystery is. It's more like an advert for the lastest iPhone and MacBook.
