Lord Peter and Bunter are out and about investigating, Wimsey falls into something nasty, Pete's pot.
Possibly my favourite episode of this very strong series thus far. Lord Peter is described as being Sherlock Holmes like, and there's a truth in that, he's like an aristocratic Holmes, he's quick witted, brave, and flash with the cash.
We good scenes, naturally those involving the bog, but also those where Wimsey clashes with his brother. I liked the characters in the pub.
It's nicely staged, well made, and well acted, the sense of mystery has also increased. I am intrigued to know more, and learn all in the next episode.
Enjoyable, 8/10.
