This episode was much better at handling the conflict between Atwater and the other cops than the first one. It didn't feel as overwhelming and, to be honest, forced. I also really enjoyed the scene at the ending!
However, the crime storyline on this episode had the same problem of being kinda boring at parts (not as much as the other episode's one, but at the end I kinda forgot what was happening). It felt like wasted potential considering the set-up is actually kinda interesting. It was missing that 'something' that keeps you hooked up to the story and waiting to find out what happens next.
