The Blood Witch's identity has been identified as Sebastian, but his plan is realized when the kids run into a trap. Bloom figured out the trick, and the flame wings for Bloom were a nice touch. The season has been predictable and pedestrian, with formulaic drama and cliches. However, the season has seen some deaths, raising the stakes. In episode 4 of Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2, Andreas visits Rosalind's office to investigate Beatrix's disappearance after three days. Rosalind advises him not to get emotional. The academy is buzzing about the new "chosen one" story with Bloom, but protagonist Aisha dismisses it as just a week's news. Instead, they focus on researching Blood Witches and Bloom's Dragon Flame, which appears during times of conflict, suggesting a potential war. Bloom becomes Rosalind's second-in-command, studying Blood Witches' history. Rosalind leaves for the capital, but encourages him to remain vigilant and research. Bloom is confident in her ability to ward off the Witches. Rosalind announces Beatrix's capture and reminds Bloom not to let emotion blind her judgment. Salu Silva oversees Specialists outside, helping them improve their archery skills. Other fairies, including Musa, offer assistance, and Musa uses her Mind power to steady them in the face of attacks. The situation is still a work in progress. Flora assists Terra in the greenhouse, but she announces she's meeting Riven. Terra is unhappy, but they decide to go to a local pub for drinks. Sky and Riven also flirt, but Terra calls out Riven as a bad guy. Stella is absent, partly because she's forbidden from leaving the school grounds. Andreas meets with his contact to find Beatrix, but is fooled by the real Blood Witch. They immediately choke him out. The academy kids receive a message from Beatrix, believing she's stuck at some old ruins outside of town. Bloom warns against going, but Stella ignores her warning and rushes in head-first. Bloom is forced to tell the others about Beatrix's kidnapping, but the others refuse to listen. Aisha and Grey are absent, discussing their hopes and dreams. Stella shows them a magical gem attached to her back, but she leaves. Musa and the others find Beatrix but encounter a trap led by Andreas, who is under control from the Blood Witches. Musa manages to get Saul Silva involved, stopping a killer blow. Meanwhile, Bloom discovers Sebastian, who is the Blood Witch. Sebastian offers Bloom a chance to learn more about her past, but Aisha saves the day. The stand-off ends in a stalemate. Bloom informs Rosalind that Sebastian is the Blood Witch, and they deduce that he is going back to the First World. Meanwhile, Flora and Terra's drama ends, with Terra admitting her jealousy of her and Riven together but swallowing her pride to support her friend. Terra also announces that she is gay, which she announces in a touching chat.
