ITV you nailed it!

The couple are now back in The UK, and naturally face trial on multiple charges of fraud and deception, Anne has to prove that she was forced to go along with events.

This has been an amazing watch, a superb drama series, and it ends with an awesome final episode. I loved the intensity of it, incredibly engaging, with some spellbinding acting.

It does really focus on Anne's side of the story, you'll have your own view as to who was the more guilty of the two.

I truly would place Monica Dolan on a pedestal, she is an enchanting actress, and I will be absolutely speechless if she doesn't win an array of awards for this.

Class, 9/10.

Warning: Spoilers
Monica Dolan is superb as Anne Darwin in this true life adaptation that is so unbelievable but yes it really happened. Eddie Marsan is very convincing as John Darwin, and in a way one can feel bad about his failed business ventures, but what was he thinking in such desperate times. Eddie Marsan makes you want to scream to John Darwin, "Snap out of it" because he completely lacks any kind of self-awareness of his death games that takes himself and Anne to Panama.

Eddie Marsan is mesmorizing as John Darwin, and Monica Dolan makes you think she really is Anne Darwin, the long-suffering (but complicit) wife of John. The prison scenes made you really sympathize with Anne, thanks to Monica's mesmorizing performance in a story that really is ture.

Karl Pilkington plays a serious role as a police detective. An inspired choice of casting.

The ending tells us what became of Anne, but is silent on John.
