Michael's unravelling is painful to see as he lashes out at everyone around him.Only Alf seems able to get through to him, and Pippa is left all at sea and not able to do right for doing wrong.There's some nice sparky arguments between Jack and Shannon, with the rest of the family looking on bewildered.
The Irene/Roxy/Rob storyline drags a bit, with only Irene's "miracle cure" catching the interest, but Rob and Roxy's last chat about working out if you're right for each other is intriguing.
And by the end of the episode, Alf is aware of Curtis and Shannon's relationship status.He somehow manages to miss them nearly kissing half an episode earlier though.
