A comedy about a couple who aren't afraid to face a challenge to save their marriage.

First saw this film at the Nashville Film Festival. My reaction mirrored that of the audience, solid out loud laughter and some heart-felt "aahs" as the message of love, and physical attraction, conquering the challenge of daily life.

The film is well written. Director Langer got great performances from his young leads to successfully banish any cheesiness from the humor and meanness from the satire. A good looking short film, the work was conceived and staged to be achievable on a limited budget, showcasing the quality of the actors even further.

Worth a look and worth a laugh.

I recently saw 'The 30 Day Challenge' at The Nashville International Film Festival & I'm giving it high marks. Well written, well directed & the acting is superb. It was laugh out loud funny & I'd love to see it re-done at feature length. Writer/Director Drew Langer really hit the nail on the head with his portrayal of a somewhat repressed couple trying to re awaken their marriage. Without giving anything away I don't think it would hurt to say that their "Christianity" helps to set up one humorous situation after another. The two lead actors playing the couple, Marin Miller and Travis Nicholson, are to be commended for their astute sense of comedic timing, many times creating the laugh not only by what is being said but by their subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) reactions to one another. A cute little zinger at the end cements their story in perfect form. Director Langer keeps the story rolling along and is destined for much bigger things to come.
