Always on the hunt for nederhorror (the name for horror coming from the Netherlands) I came across this short movie on a convention. Being a short movie it isn't always that simple to add everything you want in it because the lack, sigh, of time. I have seen some efforts that were gory from shot one until the end (nekro) but don't expect that this one is such an example. It's more about the supernatural. It's based on a story of Jack Lance and it's all about a mysterious watch. The red stuff do pops up but on a low base. The acting is really nice and the quality of filming isn't bad at all. But you really have to wait until the last minutes before things really goes wrong and you are left with a bitter feeling. But I know being based on a story you can't add a lot to it. It's a mediocre effort, but all the extra's that came along makes it worth watching.
