This episode has Donnie Wahlberg investigating a case where a man is killed in a
staged car accident. It's a racket run by a doctor and his lawyer. To do this he
calls in some favors he did for a woman he once busted.
The problem is that he can't relax and he is juggling a night at a ritzy Manhattan hotel with Linda Carlson. Lucky he still has a marriage after this.
Will Estes gets a call on a cellphone he used when undercover before and it's from Eric Morris whose life he saved from some bad drugs. Let's say he's put into a compromising situation.
And Tom Selleck and Len Cariou get to be babysitters for Donnie and Linda's kids. A really fun day with the grandkids.
Estes has the major story line, but I liked the old guys and the grandkids best of all. I too ate at Jack Dempsey's in my youth.
