- Absolutely no blood or gore in this film. People get injured, some onscreen, but still no violence.
Profanity

- Depending on where you see it, the subtitles can be different. In the first one that I watched there were uses of profanities (even though that is not what they are actually saying in Japanese). Other versions had less or none in them.

- Several scenes of ghosts and anticipation of seeing something spooky. It would depend on your level of tolerance of scary things. I saw it and though there were some tense moments, I thought that this was something a 10 year-old might be able to handle. However, my girlfriend (who is Japanese) saw it and was so scared she wont allow me to even mention the movie around her.
