It starts off with a happily married couple on a trip of a lifetime. Life is seemingly bliss for Will (Oliver Jackson Cohen) and Liv (Jenna Coleman.)
A flashback nine months earlier sees the couple in their New York apartment with wonderful views. Liv cannot believe this is all real.
It is all short lived. Liv comes across a text message on Will's smartphone that indicates Will has been cheating on her.
He admits it but later pleads to Liv to take him back. Will plans a road trip for both of them but Liv plans to get rid of her husband. She finds a video of Will having sex with another woman.
The first episode had wonderful scenery and set up the story rather quickly. Although you might find yourself waiting a while for Liv to actually kill Will. Her initial attempts were clumsy.
It is an interesting psychological thriller although not that original.
