Wild camping is next to nonexistent in whole Europe and most of European countries have big fines if you get cought wild camping. Considering that, this show is very naive and looks too artificial. If you come up with a big bunch of cameras, present yourself that you work for Travel Channel of some similar big TV agency, of course you'll get by. On the other hand, locations seem to be interesting enough to watch through the whole series, but it just goes on from one town to another meeting some local people which isn't all that interesting. You can see people like that in any place on earth that you go to, it's not something that looks really original.
