Dota: Dragon's Blood season 2 suffered massively from being way too fast paced. Just jumping from plot point to plot point, from scene to scene, no breathers and dialogue getting cut short. The first two episodes of season 3 continued this trend, which left me worried. I almost gave up. But then this episode dropped and the pace finally slowed down and settled. We finally got to see some character moments, some emotions which gave the overall story some much needed weight. This new arc saved the series in my opinion. So if you wanted to give up after season 2, give it another shot, you might be surprised.
