Leanne vs Dorothy
AvionPrince1620 January 2023
Warning: Spoilers
So this episode is clearly center on Leanne and Dorothy and how their relationship become worst. We have Dorothy who become clearly afraid of Leanne. And we have Leanne who clearly still want to help and save the relationship. But there will clearly fight trough the whole episode. Dorothy will hired even some people to remplace Leanne. Julian will get in touch with his father and they will talked about their sexual relationship: Julian and Leanne and the father and the other woman. And we have the bed bug problem that will make our heroes pretty busy during the episode while the infection is happening.

A nice episode. Pretty short but it have some interesting scenes and the main interests remain Dorothy and Leanne who will fight together and talk about their point of view. Thats quite revealing for us and we clearly need to see more about that and the weird infection. Need to see more.

Episode 402

Warning: Spoilers
I was unsure what to make of this show after the season premiere which was just nonsense and shock TV, not really good storytelling. This was good storytelling. The subtle nature of the jabs between Dorothy and Leanne and the scary nature behind her threat at the end, it was executed very well.

This is the kind of program we expected, the slow and methodical pace and the slight bits of horror thrown into the mix as well. Servant has had a good run, it almost feels like it has been on the air a lot longer than four years, but when it does finally wrap in the next few weeks I am going to be sorely disappointed.

Breaking Bad Scene Recreated

Oh god that scene with Rupert on the couch with his dad was straight out of Breaking Bad haha, all in all this is a really good episode setting up the rest of the season or sadly and unfortunately the series. The tremendous character plot lines and interactions keep growing as the plot thickens, what I love about this show is that each episode truly fills like its own story. I am only on this episode but I cannot wait to see how it ends. Shawn is a great character story, Julian has grown on me throughout the shows run. Leanne is an ever growing mystery which is exciting to be solved and Dorothy is so fascinating as she changes between hero and villain.

Season 4 is still disappointing...
onikage-493243 February 2023
The biggest problem the show has is that the majority of Conflict and Mystery could be explained if people just had real conversations and it is on FULL Display in this Episode. The brief dialogue between the characters of 2-3 Statements from each person with the discussion getting interrupted (by some outside interference) is a basic trick that the show uses way too often. Do the showrunners not know that you actually have to have a PAYOFF to long teases of frustration? OR are they scared because they know the entire show would end if everyone sat down and had a hour-long conversation where they could ask and answer questions?

I won't go into spoilers, but this episode's description is "Leeane Torments Dorothy" and you really have to wonder if that's true when you watch it? Leanne spends the episode trying to take care of Dorothy. Dorothy is the one who keeps abusing Leeane when she tries to legitimately help her. Leeane eventually has to be upfront with Dorothy and states "I'm all you've got" and that's supposed to be sinister, but its actually TRUE because all the characters are Selfish Sociopaths except for Leeane. Also, the "conflict" of this episode leads to a hilarious climax that is supposed to be serious.

Sadly, even Rupert Grint couldn't salvage this one.
