- Several scenes of full-frontal nudity of a transgender woman, with both breasts and penis. Some of these scenes include self-flagellation of the penis.
- Several scenes of sexual intercourse between a married man in his late forties, and a 16 year old girl. These scenes don't include nudity. Most of these scenes are set in the back of a vehicle. At least one of these scenes is border-line rape.
- One scene of sexual intercourse between a man and a transgender woman. This scene doesn't include nudity.
Violence & Gore

- Several scenes of fights. At least one where the heroine loses, and is then tortured by having a large knife held at her throat and having her hair sawn off. At least two involving minors.

- Several people shot get shot. All who are shot die, and die instantly. One scene depicts a man in his late forties trying to strangle a girl in her late teens, until she manages to get a gun and shoot him in the head. All other shooting scenes involve a transgender woman shooting anonymous men.

- Lots of scenes depicting consumption of alcohol. Several of these show someone drinking alone. Several show drinking to excess. At least one scene depicting a minor consuming alcohol.
