Summer or being a manager - your choice, Andrew
studioAT2 September 2023
Hooray - Paul is back!

He's got work to do as well, after Sophie's outburst at school means he's up against it to try and keep her enrolled at Erinsborough High. With Priya in charge, I can't say I'd be as keen.

Andrew is becoming a good little Mini Me of his dad, but that might mean curtains for him and Summer. I can't say I'd mind that plot development, she's far too good for him.

Sophie has become a good character all of a sudden, and the dramatic scenes are well played. Away from Jade and Rhys (albeit briefly) Kyle is a better character too.

A few wibbly wobbly camera shots at some points as well, perhaps the camera man was feeling the heat.

Thanks as ever to Amazon for saving the show and giving us access to old episodes such as this.

Warning: Spoilers
A tightly focused episode, with everything focusing on the aftermath of Sophie's meltdown.Andrew tries to salvage the situation, even if it means dragging Sophie through the mud.Summer's opposition sees him finally snap and remind her of just how much she's tried to run his life, although ironically it comes right when she might actually have a point.

Paul actually does a good job here as he tries to help Sophie and pleads her case to Priya.Unfortunately, Sophie's in no mood to accept help as she ends up burning what few bridges she has left.Throw in a couple of pleasing cameos from Kyle and you have a pretty decent episode.
