The World Ain't Over 'Til It's Over

Warning: Spoilers
This is another very good episode of the show, and perhaps the final one (other than the Courtney Cox "we need to boost ratings" outing) that really got decent ratings.

I thought this, as 'Go On' has been all the way through - very funny and very heartfelt.

The material is good, the supporting characters are starting to be fleshed out a little bit more, and Matthew Perry hasn't been this good in a comedy since 'Friends'.

What a shame it is that after this point people seemed to give up on this smart and heartfelt show because it showed real promise.

I thought this was another excellent episode.

Warning: Spoilers
Lauren starts by telling the group about her first sight of snow. The Christmas party date is announced but it will be end of the world/Christmas party on 21st Christmas. Anne comes in complaining about a graveyard that is beside her house. Lauren asks everyone how they would want to spend their last perfect day and Ryan brings up a quote for everyone to listen to. Lauren worries about Wyatt leading Ryan to bring up marriage. Yolanda and Sonia see Wyatt buying a ring so he asks to two to help with the proposal, but they decide to ruin it so they can keep her around. Ryan and Steven decide to bring Anne along with them on a road trip to wine country. Mr. K's party only has Owen come to it. Wyatt sees the girls do not want to help him so they decide to help for real. Anne seems sad drinking wine so Ryan decides to have some fun. Wyatt gets some more advice from Sonia even making them embrace each other. Sonia cannot keep it quiet and tells Lauren the truth. Lauren rings Ryan for advice but he tells her if she does not know she doesn't want the marriage. Ryan and Anne then talk about love not at the beginning then becoming love. Anne then tells Ryan he may have given Lauren bad advice about the proposal. Then onto the proposal where Lauren says yes leading everyone to cheer. The group waits for the end of the world but they end the day with the snow machine working. Anne thanks Ryan for keeping her happy that day. Funny episode and Anne with Ryan together are always funny.

EPISODE GRADE: B (MVP: Matthew Perry)
