• Dean : [Dean handling an upset guest after Kit spilled wine on the guest's white shirt]  Obviously, I'm going to comp this meal. We're gonna get you some drinks. I've got a great dry cleaner.

  White Shirted Man : She needs some training or something. That's not good enough.

  Dean : They're gonna take care of it. If we can't get it cleaned, I will replace the shirt.

  Dean : Yeah, aye, yeah. Maybe don't bring that up in there. It's still just a wee bit sensitive.
