Mick Jagger the legend stole the show . In Californians sketch he was great . When Fred Armisen mocked amazingly Mick Jagger's style I was jumping up & down. John Ham was also doing great. He's a great singer too. As usual Andy Samberg sang a rocking song along with ........ At the end the farewell to Kristen Wiig was emotional and appropriate .. I enjoyed the show so much & this one on particular. . Thank you

It was an SNL on steroids! Jagger's open was a crack up. Jagger performing with Jeff Beck, Arcade Fire AND THE FOO FIGHTERS...it was remarkable. I don't know how they fit so much talent in one show. Walk ons with Jon Hamm and Steve Martin, classic!
Thanks SNL, YOU GUYS ROCK!
I was blessed to see this show with my best friend, Bill, just prior to his death. What a wonderful experience!

Warning: Spoilers
Kristen Wiig is the central focus of this SNL episode, with her farewell. I remember seeing it I think in 2014 or so, as a repeat, and here farewell, with Mick Jagger leading the way. We see the emotional bond between Kristen and the rest of the cast, including a new addition to the cast by the name of Kate McKinnon, who had replaced Paul Brittain as a featured player (Paul is the nephew of Bob Newhart). Anyway, this episode represented general regrowth as Kate McKinnon became the break-out star of SNL.
Anyway, SNL is approaching 50 years, yes half a century! Good to see SNL going from strength to strength.
