The show provides an interesting glimpse at some of the iconic food establishments in the fast food industry. The pace of the show is good however there are mistakes made intentionally or not for aesthetic reasons that make the viewer question how truly historical the show is.
In the segment on Al Copeland creation of Popeyes restaurant the set designers needed to be more careful with their own history as they placed a "Macintosh" computer on the set for Popeyes restaurant incarnation occurring in 1972 however the Macintosh came out in 1984.
Surely they knew that in 1972 most small businesses did not even use a computer yet they chose to add one for reasons unknown and then used one that would not come out for 12 more years based on the story line.
