Definitely NOT your "same old hackneyed nonsense".
steppsmom13 October 2023
Scientific research with some of the leading paranormal researchers. High tech devices, tried and true favorites, science driven techniques. This paranormal team delivers compelling evidence of the paranormal. Definitely not a docu-series to be viewed by the narrow-minded, mouth-breathing dullards who are conditioned to not see what is in front of their faces. The ignorant trolls who have nothing, and I mean nothing, better to do than scroll through commenting on material that is simply way above their hammer-shaped heads. If you hold an interest in things outside of our limited scope of attention, then this should intrigue and fascinate you. This team provides an interesting venue and delivers with integrity.

Just get rid of Fleming. He's embarrassing .

Just get rid of Fleming. He's embarrassing , and does his usual stunts meaning the show looses legitimacy.

Show has great potential, especially here in Ireland that suffered at the hands of the colonialism. Excellent locations across the country, which I'd like to visit now.

The Other experts are more grounded and believable. We don't need the silly psychic mumbo jumbo.

It could be more in line of the excellent BBC podcast and TV show 'Uncanny'- more evidence and research based. Sometimes if you leave it to the imagination based on evidence it can be more scary.

Hope this show returns without the phoney.

Better than last season

This series has vastly improved from spooked Scotland last year. The team work really well together, stunning locations with plenty activity captured over 2-3days filming. Great use of equipment and devices with full explanation of uses.

It's good to see all different areas within the paranormal including, parapsychology along with mediumship from Chris and Vogue from Ireland. Some of the shock and fear has been caught on camera which is excellent.

I feel referring back to the 2-3 days filming where 1hrs worth max has been used for the episodes. So please can the people saying they're faking as they don't get all that activity in an hour give themselves a shake 🙄

Find another line of work-and I don't mean the cast of the show.

For the review writer that thinks he is being "clever", your blathering drivel in each review doesn't fool anyone. How many have you written and how many names have you used? Probably not your own, you coward. For anyone wishing to obtain an accurate review, please scroll by the lower life form's bullying and inaccurate responses. This person is nothing more than a hired wannabe writer.

In my humble opinion, I have found this show to be intriguing, interesting, factual, and scientifically oriented. As a fellow paranormal investigator, I can report that the "phony", as referred to in other reviews, is actually an accomplished medium. What you may not know, is that when a spirit tries to channel or use your energy to communicate or to cause harm even, they will actually gravitate towards the person that is most vulnerable. The psychic medium. If you educate yourself on this subject, you will find vast evidence of these "manifestations" so to speak, occurring in large numbers. Usually happening to people who are far more spiritually connected than you or me, although, it can happen to you. Chris is highly connected and very experienced. Unless it can be proven, scientifically, that he is "faking", please refrain from any un-educated comments and not so clever digs. This team works very hard, very long hours to try and present you with a brief view into the world of paranormal investigating. And it is so very brief.

Keep up the good work team, in this difficult and fascinating endeavor. Ignore the narrow-minded cave dwellers and carry on with your research fueled by your passion to find answers.

Chris Fleming cringe!
mwjsdtw4 November 2023
I watched this even though I was concerned I may end up shouting/laughing at the tv through frustration at the chosen psychic. After watching him in a previous show. I wasn't wrong! The show could be good however why do we have to watch the fake one man show of Chris Fleming supposedly being taken over and affected by spirit! Surely no one actually believes his laughable performances. Let's focus more on the other three presenters as they could bring more interest to the show. Some great evidence recorded at beautiful and interesting locations. Yes, the show definitely has potential. Just cut the fake bits out!!

We Have All Been Here Before.....
toyl-9229710 October 2023
Same old hackneyed nonsense. I presume there must be a CD of ghost hunting spooky music that every production company uses in an attempt to generate a sense of impending doom.......that never happens.

Lots of REM pods, motion sensors......all the usual highly dubious "tech". The one true " raise from the grave" aspect is the resurgence in long black coats....both wool and leather. Was that a nod to wholly discredited Most Haunted, or did someone in wardrobe think this is an essential look?

Anyway, we have seen all of this before.........more "for entertainment" dross that ticks the box of every known supernatural tv show trope.

Not sure, but it might be the first in a long time to dive back into the cringeworthy world of the spirit medium channeling the dead.

No Native American spirit guide thus far, but I am sure it's an option that might yet surface.

Hope springs eternal, but this is just another show that promises much, and delivers absolutely nothing.

Nothin New Here
mlyttle771 November 2023
Watched first episode only because I'm Irish and any future viewings will be for the Irish castles etc...

Chris, the medium, is as unconvincing as a real estate agent trying to sell igloos to Eskimos. He's just a bad actor. None of the people associated with this episode even looked the slightest bit scared.

Their equipment look like cheap toys. Why do ghosts need modern day tech so this group of fakes can hear them? Every scene where something paranormal supposedly happens can clearly be manipulated including the opening and closing of a door which only they saw.

A female ghost that can grope a man, children whose giggles and footsteps can be heard but never when they're in the room where their presence is most keenly felt. If the horny ghost can grope and children can open and close doors, here's a novel idea, why don't you leave a pen and paper down on a table and ask them to write their issues down for them to see.

This is just another show that's taking advantage of the gullible. You're better off watching a horror film. At least you'll see something.

Great locations, but a cheesy, dumbed down show.
montycurns19 November 2023
This show has so much potential, but is sadly cheesy and dumbed down. It visits some great Irish haunted locations, such as the village of Aughrim and Wicklow Gaol, but completely fails to explain the history of these places. In the Aughrim episode, there was no attempt to explain the battle of Aughrim or its historical context. They didn't even mention the names of the two English kings who fought each other or explain why they were fighting in Ireland. Yes, it's a paranormal show, not a history show, but knowing the history of a haunted place enhances our enjoyment and makes the ghost stories more compelling. The Wicklow Gaol episode mentions an infamous figure from Irish history, known as 'the Walking Gallows', but neither tells us his name (Edward Hepenstall) or the true story of his murderous activities circa the 1798 rebellion. The show implies that he haunts Wicklow Gaol even though he's not associated with the Gaol. The true history is fascinating and the Gaol is one of the most haunted buildings in Ireland, so why make things up? The show would benefit from fewer presenters, some of whom lack credibility and have nothing insightful to say. Sadly, the charismatic and credible Evelyn Hollow gets relatively little screen time. A bona fide parapsychologist, she takes the paranormal seriously, and this show would be better if she was the main (or only) presenter.

Haunted Ireland in the US
pastortrinucc6 December 2023
Vogue Williams has been obsessed with the supernatural since she was a child. Professional psychic Chris Flemming has years of experience. Yet both shriek like little children at the least little thing. In episode 6 (Caves), Chris provokes a spirit to touch him or grab his legs. In response, "something" grabs his legs and he screams. The evidence is weak at best, but the history is interesting. Lots of electronic devices, lots of flashing lights, and lots of smoke and mirrors. Flemming doesn't do much with his alleged abilities, but does seem to respect the "spirits." The show is mildly entertaining, but not to be taken seriously.
