This season has been a nightmare overall and has sort of killed the legacy of the show, but they went out on the right note. Not too much shouting, not too much drama, they brought the characters from the past back and they ended on a happy note. Exercise should be a choice we all make to feel happy and free, not to live up to anyone else's ridiculous expectations.

The finale was good and I wish they had built up Strength in Numbers or by Numbers, whatever it is, much earlier on. The time jump just for the final episode feels too sitcom finale-y, and was one of the few flaws I had with the episode.

A weak third season (finale to the series) to a semi-weak last one. I agree, whatever minuscule goals they had achieved throughout the first two seasons, they simply destroyed those blandly and uninterestingly with plots that the writers had absolutely no idea where they could go and what parts of the show's puzzle the pieces would fit in.

Each episode of this season was a horrible musical drama (even the music, aerobics and stuff surrounding it was nearly aimless) with the worst being the imaginary character in Sheila's head.

Expectations were low after seeing the first 2-3 episodes of the season and most viewers could sense that it was just dragging for a series finale. Nevertheless, that was much better than just cancelling it. They provided closure, whatever uninteresting and weak it was.

Those looking for empowerment and aerobics as a "mean and fitness tool" can use it to strengthen and heal themselves and for that alone, that is commendable.
