There's not too much to say about this episode. It's simply good in every aspect. The main plot is cohesive and well thought out, has twists and offers enough laughs, whereas the side plot (Roger being a kite) is both simple, absurd and funny.
Themes include middle class wife's alcohol addiction, cocaine consumption well into the functional elements of society and the seen-often emotional aspect when it comes to getting new neightbors, or becoming one.
Overall, the balance is really well done and every character gets his moment. Cudos to the writers, this was not the best, but certainly one of the really good episodes. Thanks!
