FAREWELL LEGEND 💔
marwan1128 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
An episode that destroyed me psychologically, the drama, the dialogue, the OST, the fight... philosophy, questions about existence, and the end of a character who was and will remain one of the characters closest to my heart. Goodbye, Nanami!

This character is just an iconic vibe we lost .. His d*eath scene will remain engraved in the memory and he will remain one of the greatest characters in the anime.. One of the most wonderful episode in all aspects.. just 10/10!! I said it before and I will say it again.. Jujutsu Kaisen this season has reached another level of creativity.. Every episode is better than the one before it.. Every episode I stand with enthusiasm.. Every episode is a masterpiece.. Thank you, Nanami, for this great journey.. FAREWELL, LEGEND 💔.

The Artistic Direction always beautiful
jocanevet23 November 2023
As always, this episode is beautiful. The episode takes his time, the focus on kento and the artistic direction was insane and the scenes from the beginning of the fight with yuji and mahito is fire.🔥 The staging is really really cool, the anime sublime the manga without incoherence and do it with style. Huge fan on how the fight begin and the introduction of nobara at the end of the episode is bada** !!! The lighting and colors on the street who introduce her fight are really nice and like in the manga we can feel the power of nobara, she's not a sakura (sorry sakura). I think the next episode and until the end of the season is gonna be doooope ! Thank's GEGE and mappa for this beautiful adaptation.

My soul was crushed!

This was the episode that broke me! The first half was an emotional and visual experience that brought me to tears!

The first part with Nanami was perfection and the best part of the episode! The animation, visuals and soundtrack made this an above average experience that really moved me! Nanami recalling a beatifull memory while fighting to his last breath, was so fitting to his character! Beatifull and sad! This could not have been better even if my heart shattered!

The fight with Yuji and Mahito was great as well! It was intense and every hit Yuji delivered was so satisfying!

The animators did everything in their power to make this look good! You guys deserve more respect and recognition! We have you guys to thank for all of this!

The end made me fear that the pain is still not over!

THIS IS SHIBUYA INCIDENT

Warning: Spoilers
There are no words for what I am experiencing with this season, each chapter has been wonderful, each chapter has contributed to the experience and the climax that we see now. Jujutsu Kaisen is just different. Nanami was one of my favorite characters and the way that character was portrayed, her humanity, was very close to me, so her death affected me. The emotions in this show feel real, the battles and danger lurk, the villains don't suck and get straight to the point, they are cruel and you come to hate them, especially Mahito. I can't wait to see how this great arc ends, PEAK SEASON 10/10.

Heartbreaking but definitely a masterpiece

Warning: Spoilers
I don't care about what others say about the animation of this episode, I am very thankful to Mappa for creating this episode and making Nanami's death scene breathtakingly beautiful. And as expected, MAPPA animators did a really really great job! Hands down! As for Nanami's death, I knew it was coming. I am a Nanami stan and whether I like it or not, Nanami will meet his end but I didn't just cry and bawled my eyes out because he died but because of how beautiful and peaceful the scene is. The emotion of the characters reached its viewers, I'm sure of that. From Nanami indicating how tired he is and how he needs his vacation to how Yuji reacted to his death. My heart was broken, I know it will take a long time for me to move on like how I'm still not over Ace's death from One piece. My favorite character died but I still love this episode, I should have hated it but I can't because the MAPPA animators did an amazing job portraying Nanami's dream. I know he's a fictional character but I'm still thinking that Nanami's in Malaysia right now enjoying his vacation and reading his books peacefully. I hope the animators will become more proud of their works, they deserve rest and respect. Despite the production issues, I know that they did their best to create every episode of JJK so please give them the respect they deserve and don't pressure them or complain about the animation. I hope more fans learn to appreciate animators. ANYWAYS, THANK YOU MAPPA AND THE ANIMATORS.

Awesome

Warning: Spoilers
When i first watched it, i didnt really care. The thing that i found good was nanamis death with emotional piano. Really good. But as i rewatched it i found some great things too that i havent really care before.

The elevator fight is amazing, the music choice on this is perfect and the way mahito fights is just right. He couldve just smashed the elevator with his big foot or whatever but everytime he killed someone major he have seen their face. So its clearly that he wants to see the person he killed, how much he suffered from him.

The voice acting is amazing. I mean the one part when they screamed at eachother, damn.

I think thats all, overall the fight scene is one of the worst, just isnt anything special instead of the things i just mentioned.

Note: Sorry he did smashed him with a big fist, sorry for confusion.

Definitely NOT a let down, poor Nanami
mikkiparker23 November 2023
The strategic and gradual completion of the episode proved to be a big plus. Nanami stayed true to himself and his character even in his final moments - he prioritized finishing the job over seeking help. Big kudos to the creators for successfully building the viewer's emotional response. Yuji's restrained emotional reaction to Nanami's death is admirable; he retains Nanami's faith in him as his motivation. Even Mahito's manipulative use of Junpei doesn't shake his focus. Overall, the episode depicted mostly on Mahito's abilities and a demonstration of what he is capable of. There are flaws in my opinion (especially in the animation and some scenes, but what can we do when that's purely MAPPA's fault and not the animators').
