If the previous episode had Saman Kaur nearly killing herself. This one reflected that some accused sub postmasters did take their own lives. Driven to the brink by the bosses from the post office.

The sheer evilness was reflected by Angela Van Den Bogerd (Katherine Kelly) visiting the widow. Full of sympathy and promising to put things right. It was hogwash.

Alan Bates assisted by the Tory MP James Arbuthnot make some headway against Post Office intransigence.

Even their arbitration scheme is a nonsense. Pam Stubbs finally gets fired up as she realises that it is all a waste of time.

Help may be at hand when a solicitor reaches out to Alan Bates.

By the third episode, the rest of Britain sat up took notice. There have been journalists running the story about the Post office scandal for years. In newspapers, in the national news, local news, there was a Panorama documentary. This drama managed to ignite interest.

I don't want it to stop.

Martin Griffiths is the latest victim, after being robbed, he tragically takes his own life. Alan and The Subpostmasters continue to take on The Post Office, Paula Vennells doubles down, and a mediation scheme comes to an end.

Addictive viewing once again, I've stayed up way longer than I should have tonight, but I can't switch it off, genuinely the best drama I've seen in a long time. This third episode sees a resolution bearing, but still way off.

It's enough to make your blood boil.

Why on Earth did this story not kick off back in 2015, why or how on Earth did the journalists not unearth it, I just don't get it.

Angela van deb Bogerd and Paula Vennells are truly presented as two sinister, devious, underhanded monsters, the fact that Vennells was also a priest, it's sickening, what a hypocrite, what she's ultimately responsible for, I'm certain it's water off a duck's back.

Nadim Zahawi, appearing in a TV drama, am I seeing things, he actually did a decent job here.

Julie Hesmondhalgh really impressed here, what an awesome cast assembled here for this one.

10/10.
