How to describe Blaine Milam? Moronic trailer trash meets Rosemary's baby. Teenager Milam lived with Rebecca Carson, an unmarried teen mother. Her daughter was a delightful 13 month old. Milam murdered the girl in a truly shocking fashion, biting her, fracturing her ribs, and caving in her head with a hammer. He and Carson told the police the baby did it to herself. That was their second lie, initially they claimed she had been murdered while they were out shopping. A woman who leaves a 13 month old baby alone deserves to have it taken away; the jury decided Carson deserved a life sentence.
Milam's legal team blame his crime on delusions and a ouija board. Sure they were both out of it, but the law can extend only so much compassion to even delusional morons. Unlike Werner Herzog, most people will agree with one of the legal professionals interviewed here that Milam is outside of humanity. It remains to be seen if and when he will be executed, but he can rot in darkness in the meantime.
