Went to this movie with moderate expectations. With Simbu, Santhanam and VTV Ganesh I was reminded of the hit combo of "Vinnaithandi Varuvaya". Soon found out Simbu just did a cameo and the narration, screenplay and the performances just took a new low in today's standards. Its a story of a bad husband turning into a good one. But the painful 2 hours with which it was portrayed was the worst a fan can get after paying 250 bucks to watch a movie. The lead actor (Ganesh) was irritatingly omnipresent on the screen. His body language and acting showed he just doesn't belong there. It was an utter waste of money and time to produce such movies. A veteran like Pandiarajan was wasted. Simbu did his best to keep audience interested. Santhanam's strengths were worst utilized. With better homework on script, santhanam could have done wonders. But clearly this is the worst movie I have seen after Sakkarakatti.

A fairly entertaining comedy drama

Most of the reviews for this movie are negative. However, I found some substance in the story. There is a moral lesson in it and unlike other movies, there aren't half a dozen songs with half-clad dancers to drive you crazy. VTV Ganesh is not a regular type of film hero but he fits the role of a naive and careless person who struggles to understand his life. Santhanam,as the mysterious chauffeur was witty and his dialogues with Ganesh evoked some laughter. Simbu's cameo role added to the fun, while Meera Jasmine did okay as the heroine. It is a watchable movie, and far better than many meaningless junk that often get higher rating.
