Ken Ando and his childhood friend Mizuki Kamijo join an organisation called DC as both have a dream of cleaning up the environment. After Mizuki is sent to another world during a battle she meets this man called Masaki who was a human that was sent there during childhood. They soon learn there are some dark secrets behind the organisation they worked for.
I thought the anime was throughly enjoyable if you are into something like global warming and wanting to make a clean environment.
I will be honest I didn't really like many of the characters I can understand Ken has a lot to go through by looking after his sickly sister as well as being the adult as must of the time his dad is a drunken old fart. But he can come across as a jerk at times. Mizuki isn't exactly any better as she is a lot of the time rude to her friend and but she can still be friends at times. A lot of the other characters like Lyunne was just insufferable from start to finish. While Nanase is self centred. The only character I do find tolerable is Masaki and probably Ken's sister Sayuri. The villains Sophine and chief Shu just come accross as bullies then actual villians.
The OST was good.
The animation/art style is pretty well done for a late 90's anime.
It's good if you want to have something different.
