I loved the new feel of season 4 premier for example; the idea of Amanda having to find out who she really is because she has been Emily Thorne for so long that she does not know who Amanda really is also it was focusing more of what her life will be when she is finished getting revenge on the people that have wronged her I also liked how Daniel is now having to sell his Bentley because he is having money troubles another thing that I like about the opening episode was the ending scene which showed *spoiler* getting 'attacked' by *spoiler* so it was nice to see *spoiler* finally getting their comeuppance. Overall it was a an amazing show and it was a fantastic episode (apart from there being no flash forwards like in previous seasons) and a fantastic start to season 4 after watching the trailer for the next episode I recommend that you watch this season.

After the near perfect Series 3 finale the thought of 'Revenge' coming back at all seemed strange. Hadn't Emily got her Revenge on those who were against her? Obviously not. So here begins the 4th series, which never really took the show back to the top of its game.
There are moments, but its almost like a band going over old material because they know what fans like, rather than trying anything new.
While 'Revenge' is still, even at this stage, better than most of the dross that's on TV the show had become in danger of running the risk of staying around too long, and this episode shows that.
