Very much enjoyed this episode but frankly I was not going to review it -- already done a whack of individual TBL episodes -- until I caught this line of dialog and broke into a monster grin.
Then I realized that one of the reasons I like this show so much is that it captures some of the magic of HOUSE.
It is not the guns, the plots, the dames, or the heroics, that's all well and good.
I think that, like many die-hard fans I just sit there and wait patiently for Spader as Red to come out with these little gems. These powerful insights into human behaviour that only he can deliver with the proper intonation.
(Remember how HOUSE immortalized the two words, "Everybody lies.") I think the writers know this too and I look forward to many more lines of dialog like this as my friendship with the series progresses.
