This episode begins with a flashback: when Francine was still in high school a fire broke out in the building but she was saved by Scott Baio. In the present day her sister Gwen (Uma Thurman) goes to visit her and decides to stay at home for a while. Francine suspects that she is cooking something and she is right: Gwen wants to burn down the entire school for revenge since when it happened the first time she even ended in jail for a period. She succedds in burning down the school she attended, but not after Francine comes and makes amends with her. And of course Gwen will be found guilty.
This episode had one of the steamiest scenes in the show: when Stan teaches Steve how to hug and kiss a woman. The plot was very convincing and there were even some funny moments (such as in the ending scene when Klaus plays switching on and off the jail lights and Roger stops him knocking out the fish bowl and yelling ''DON'T TOUCH THE LIGHTS!''). Another very good episode.
