In the early sixties there was a resurgence of interest in silent films.This was partly fuelled by Charlie Chaplin rereleasing his silent features with a musical track.Also releasing his films was Harold Lloyd plus Robert Young son with his silent comedy compilations.Also there were a few British compilations such as this.Instead of letting the film play naturally the distributors,Planet,decided to add a truly inane commentary by Hughie "I mean that most sincerely"Green.Very few comedians are identified.There are extracts from twenties two feelers just run together in an incoherent manner.One suspects that this was meant to go out on the bottom half of a Planet double Bill.
