In the previous episode Stan found out that he was called by God for building an ark for him and his family (the supposed ''chosen ones''). The flood happens and the Smith family is stranded at sea on the ark. Now, after a funny song and dance number, Jeff forgets to let the gas open and it all explodes. Steve and Roger end up on a small boat with a wolf (one of the many animals that were there as leverage), Francine and Jeff at sea and Stan and Francine on a tropical island completely naked (like Adam and Eve). After a while Jeff and Hayley end on a flight deck and Jeff becomes a spotter (and he ends up saving Roger and Steve). When the Navy decides to blow up an island they see Stan and Francine being very intimate and take them away from there, and soon the pair has memories after they remember that they have kids (and the navy returns them home). In the meanwhile Klaus came earlier than the family as being a fish he swam all across the ocean through the sewer drain going backwards against the current.
This continuation was better than the previous part for various reasons; the song and dance number in the beginning where even the animals are involved, the part when Stan and Francine are completely naked on the island and also the ending. Quite a satisfying episode, just like they all should be in the series.
