For whatever reason, Boris and Natasha have decided to do in Bullwinkle and Rocky (never has happened before). Boris has a treasure map and the X that marks the spot is at the bottom of a lake. At the bottom is a big plug that will drain the lake. This is where Bullwinkle comes in. The Fractured Fairly Tale is "The Tale of a King" who rules over a kingdom where nothing ever happens, Nothingham. In Peabody's Improbable History , the boys visit "John James Audubon."
