"Who Is Josh's Soup Fairy?" is an okay feel-good episode, but it's not as good as Josh's new girlfriend. It has its moments, but it wasn't that funny. Also, I know she was just a guest star, but they really wasted Brittany Snow in this episode. She only has a few scenes, and she is just kind of there. I would've love to have seen more of her character Anna Hicks and her storyline. However, the episode does have a feel-good feeling to it in the end, and Brittany Snow is always a win, so I would still recommend it.
