Robert finds out that his mother has died. She was a harsh, mean spirited virago. She passed judgment on everyone who crossed her moral barrier. We last met her when Robert went to her nursing home to come out to her. She literally threw him out. Grace offers to help Robert with the details, including finding something to dress the body in. It is a really touching, though hilarious, few moments in a dress shop. Sol takes the whole thing much more seriously than Robert. We also have a subplot with Jacob admitting to Frankie that he may move to New Mexico at some point and may want to take her with him.
