This thirty-one minute featurette takes a look at the special effects of ROBOCOP 2 and features interviews with Peter Kuran, Phil Tippett, Craig Hayes, Don Waller, Jim Aupperle, Justin Kohn, Paul Gentry, Kirk Thatcher, and Randal Dutra. Obviously if you're a fan of ROBOCOP 2 then you know the highlight of the film were the wonderful special effects and there's no question that this featurette does a very good job at really breaking down the entire process and it really gives you a great idea of the various challenges that were faced. This includes finding the right people to pull off the effects needed and even the type of film that they needed to be shot on is discussed. There's some really great footage that was shot on the set, which allows us to get a very good behind-the-scenes look at the making of the effects and the various challenges that were faced trying to get them on the screen.
