This episode is clearly shown us that the end of the show is near. Very good episode, an emotional one, can't wait for the next episode.

That it has taken me 4 years to finally rewatch The Originals for the first time since watching them as they aired. I've rewatched TVD in it's entirety 8 times already. But never The Originals.

I guess spoilers ahead but for a show that's been out there this long and if you're reading a review this far into the series then it's a safe bet that you're all caught up anyway.

Rewatching it has made me realized that I actually love this series a whole ton more than I remembered or even realized. But the deaths in The Originals just hit harder than the ones in TVD. Maybe because in TVD, there was a chance that it wasn't permanent. A loophole was always an option with a can't miss witch like Bonnie Bennett. But this series... when you're gone, you're gone, given you aren't an Original. The bonds between characters are even stronger because everyone that wasn't blood to the original family, was still brought in and protected as if they were and that loyalty was repaid to the Mikaelson's in return. And while Jackson's devastated, Cami and Davina back to back about ruined me. But then magic loophole and Davina gets a HEA. But this episode. Oh my damn. It's too much. My. Heart.

Emotional. Damage.

Honestly this episode was different than any other. This episode keeps playing with your nerves until the very end

This episode was a total disaster. Actually the whole Final Originals season seems to be a disaster, the Antoinette and Greta characters were thrown in for what purpose? We could have easily done without ... bad writing! It seems to me this season was already written off to begin with, and I understand to some extent because Legacies is around the corner, but I know for a fact that a lot of die-hard fans are very disappointed in the way Mrs Plec is like a tornado finishing this series off ... bad writing ... sorry ... and those who ask, "Can you do better?" Yes I can, I am an author for that matter!

Why? just...why? what a joke of a way to end one of the main characters. they should have ended the show at season 4. if you truly like this show you won't watch season 5.

Are these the same writers who wrote the initial seasons? About to abruptly end the season here, can't finish it.

Why they try to make the story so much annoying . There is no character as disgusting as Elijah. When he devoted to his family he was annoying and he is really get on my nerve now. And hope the other annoying character . She was beautiful as a child i wonder why she is so ugly and annoying now?

And I just wonder why every teenage character should have a partner . I really hate that . That stupid hope with her disgusting boyfriend.

Maybe they should have finished it in 4th season . The season 5 is really annoying.

First Klaus ignored her daughter that he loved more than anything Then Elijah ignored his family Then Hope find a disgusting boyfriend.
