Beast boy has become a great character in this season of young Justice. This episode also has great action but the thing that got were the Scooby-Doo characters references. It was too much, like that's not what YJ is. It's a more depth and gripping story. Instead of those unnecessary characters and scenes we could have gotten more development in our characters and their team.
Summary: Too cringy

Interesting new concept

What happens when the forces that have sworn to protect us are not able to do anything because the governments of the world have them in their grasp?
Beast Boy wants to rise up and make a difference! #WeAreAllOutsiders
This episode comes with some nice ideas about a team of young heroes deciding to act as a vigilante force for good, a callback to where it all started, using social media as a part of their campaign and they are making a good first impression. ;) With cool fight scenes and a new-old foe this entry comes along as a bit too round on some edges, but hits all the right marks to introduce this new entity to the world of the show, finally validating this seasons sub-title. +8,5/10+

Gar writes a show

Allusions to Scooby Doo aside, this episode was poorly written and poorly voice acted. The plot was weak and lazily tied up in a bow by an unnecessary tag. The entire episode rang false, feeling like a storyline written by Gar Logan meant to document his vision of the perfect outing for his new Outsiders. I hope the show can soon return to its roots.
